At Holmer Green Service Centre, our aim is to provide first class workmanship and excellent customer service. Our technicians are self–motivated and all work is warranted for twelve months or 12,000 miles (whichever comes sooner). All replacement parts and engine oils are of the highest quality, either supplied direct from the main dealer or built to the manufacturers’ specification. The integrity of your vehicle’s warranty and performance along with your safety is our primary concern.
With current living costs and a difficult economic outlook, it’s tempting to cut back and save wherever possible. Whilst we can all budget for annual servicing and MOT’s, additional, unexpected costs are unwelcome. We usually adhere to the recommended service schedule as outlined by the manufacturer. However, we are flexible and will always discuss and advise you on servicing and repair options to ensure you get the best value without compromising your vehicle’s performance or your safety. Ultimately, we will endeavour to service or repair your vehicle in a cost effective and timely manner.
Though a necessity, the MOT test is the most important check on your vehicle as it not only ensures your safety but also everyone else who is in your proximity whilst on the road. The test fee of £54.85 is set by the ministry of transport. To reduce the fee, in our view, devalues the test. A discounted or ‘cheap’ MOT is exactly that. Moreover, it could ultimately cost you more. If your vehicle subsequently needs attention, not all garages have the level of diagnostic equipment and expertise to address failure issues.
Going forward, we are ready to embrace change as the industry evolves. Training and investment is ongoing. Our technicians are qualified to work on hybrid and electric vehicles. In addition, we offer the two types of air conditioning re – gassing that are common for most vehicles.
